Tequila

Definitely an acquired taste, but there are some fantastic cocktails that you can make.

It is meant to be served at room temperature but during the summer months there is nothing better than keeping a bottle in the freezer (it wont freeze due to the alcohol content).

The Margarita Classic

2oz Tequila
1oz Triple Sec

Crush some ice and place in a cocktail shaker ad the Tequila and Triple Sec and shake. Pour into glasses (cocktail preferred) with the rims lightly salted.

Tequila Sunrise

2 Shots of Tequila (Straight from the freezer)
4 Shots Orange Juice (Freshly Squeezed)
Optional 1 Shot of grenadine

Place the orange juice in a tall glass, add slowly (at an angle) the tequila allowing it to form a layer on top of the orange. If using grenadine then again trickle this in down the side of the glass forming the perfect sunrise.

Tequila Sour

1.5oz Tequila
2oz Lemon Juice (Freshly Squeezed)
1 Teaspoon of Sugar

Add everything along with crushed ice to a cocktail shaker, shake well and pour. Add sliced lemon to rim for extra presentation.
